The food that celebrity chef, Paula Deen creates on television and within her cookbooks is typically laden with butter and fats. While these foods may look and taste good, they certainly are not healthy. Yet, what would happen if Paula Deen created and packaged health food?
Introducing Delights, a healthy line of packaged snacks from the kitchen of Paula Deen. This new line of products will break from the norm and bring in a whole new demographic of customers to enjoy Paula Deen’s food in it’s best form. The Delights brand features flavorful trail mix, whole grain crackers, and delicious fruit strips all packaged with Deen’s southern roots in mind.Graphic Design, Packaging, Product Design2012 -
Challenged with the task to package a persona, the classic character Winnie the Pooh came to mind. I wondered, what items make up the essence of such a lovable bear?
The system is contained in a glass honey jar, filled with three honey comb shaped boxes. The first box, Stuff n’ Fluff sewing kit, contains red and yellow thread, two needles, and a thimble. This little kit is perfect for quick repairs to torn fluff after a pooh bear’s morning exercises. The second box, Red n’ Little, contains one classic and very stylish little red t-shirt. Finally, the third box, Balloons n’ String, contains just that, plenty of blue balloons and string to make climbing (or floating) up the honey tree as easy as possible.
